1.1 Use of this website

By accessing and using this website you agree to these terms. I operate this site as an independent developer. The content is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Contact form and enquiries

Information you submit via the contact form is used solely to prepare price offers and to communicate with you about your potential project. Submitting the form does not create a contract; any engagement will be subject to a separate agreement.

1.3 Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, logos, layout) is owned by me (Gabriel Fieraru) or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1.4 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any communication following a contact form submission.

1.5 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania.

2. Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy. This policy explains what data I collect and how I use it.

2.1 Data I collect

I collect the data you provide when you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Separately, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect technical usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type and referral source.

2.2 Cookies and analytics

This website uses optional Google Analytics cookies only after you give consent via the cookie banner. Their purpose is to measure traffic and understand how the site is used. The provider is Google. The legal basis is your consent. You can reject analytics cookies, or withdraw consent later using Cookie settings in the footer (Reject). Until you accept, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set by this site.

Google Search Console site verification (for example a meta tag or HTML file) does not set tracking cookies on visitors.

2.3 How I use your data

Your contact form data is used exclusively to:

• Prepare and send price offers for your requested project
• Communicate with you about your enquiry and the potential project

I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. I do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly ask me to (for example by stating in your message that you wish to receive updates or newsletters).

2.4 Data retention

I retain contact form data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above (e.g. until the enquiry is closed or a project is completed) and in line with legal obligations. You may ask me to delete your data earlier (see your rights below). Analytics data retained by Google is subject to Google Analytics retention settings.

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
